1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at badiscore.com and the services provided through it (the "Service"). The Service is provided by BadiScore ("BadiScore", "we", "us"), whose details are given in the "Service provider" section at the end of this page. They apply to everyone who uses the site ("you").

You accept these Terms when you create an account. If you use the site without an account, continuing to use it also means you accept them. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy, and how we use cookies in our Cookie policy.

2. What the Service is

BadiScore is a football analysis website. For matches in 16 club leagues, as well as national-team and European competitions, it shows statistics (form, averages, league tables, head-to-heads), probabilities calculated by our models, match scenarios, one pick per match, "fair value", daily example lists ("pair of the day") and a public performance record.

Fair value is a probability expressed as a number: 1 divided by the probability, or the market price with the intermediary's margin taken out. It is not a price anyone is offering you.

BadiScore is not a betting company. You cannot place bets on the site. We do not act as an intermediary for betting or gambling, we do not link to or recommend betting sites, and we do not take, send or hold money for betting.

Everything on the site is for information only. It is not investment, financial or betting advice and should not be read as a recommendation to do anything.

3. Picks and the performance record

A match's pick and probabilities are recalculated every time our models run, up until kick-off, and may change. The pick shown on the site at kick-off is final and goes into the performance record as it stands.

Every settled pick, including those that missed, stays on the public performance record. Results from testing on past seasons are shown separately from the live record: they are calculations on historical data, not picks that were published at the time.

4. No guarantee

The result of a football match cannot be known in advance. Probabilities and picks can be wrong: an outcome given a 70% chance will, on average, not happen in three matches out of ten. We do not guarantee that any pick will be right, any particular hit rate, or any gain of any kind. Past performance is not a guide to future results.

Results, statistics, line-ups, live scores and market data come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, wrong or late. We take care in providing the Service, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

5. Age limit

The Service is only for people aged 18 or over. When you sign up, you confirm that you are over 18. We will close the account of anyone we learn is under 18.

6. Your account

To sign up or log in, you enter your email address and we send you a one-time code (and a sign-in link). You can also log in with your Google account. Members who set a password in the past can still log in with it.

• You must use an accurate email address that belongs to you. Each account belongs to one person.
• You are responsible for keeping the email account that receives your codes, and any password, secure. If you notice that your account has been used without your permission, tell us straight away.
• You may not share, transfer or sell your account.
• You can delete your account at any time with "Delete account" on the My account page. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

7. Free use and Pro

Free use gives you two picks a day before kick-off; all picks and probabilities open to everyone at kick-off. Pro is a paid subscription that shows all probabilities before kick-off.

We may change what free use includes. If we need to make a significant change to Pro that works against you during your subscription, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel if you do not accept it.

8. Pro subscription, payment and renewal

We are not taking payments yet. When payments start, the rules below will apply, and you will also be given the pre-contract information and the distance sales contract at checkout.

• The subscription is monthly; other periods (for example yearly) may be offered later. The price, the period and the total you will pay, including taxes, are shown clearly before you pay.
• Payments are taken through an authorised payment service provider. Your card details never reach our servers and are not stored by us.
• Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same length of time, and the fee for that period is charged.
• You can cancel at any time under My account › Membership › "Cancel membership". Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We will tell you about any price change before the renewal it applies to. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before that renewal.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer entering into a distance contract, you generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason.

Pro is a service performed online immediately after payment. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the exception to the right of withdrawal applies only if, at checkout, you expressly agree that the service may start straight away, before the withdrawal period ends, and acknowledge that you will then lose your right of withdrawal. If you do not give that consent, your right of withdrawal remains.

Full details of the right of withdrawal will be set out in the pre-contract information and the distance sales contract shown at checkout.

10. Intellectual property

The site's software, design, text, models, the probabilities and analysis it produces, and the BadiScore name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We give you a limited, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Team and league names, crests and match data belong to their owners and are shown on the site only to identify matches.

11. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you must not:

• use bots, scrapers or similar automated tools to collect data from the site, or download content in bulk (ordinary crawling by search engines that follows our robots.txt is allowed);
• republish, sell or distribute the site's probabilities, picks, analysis or data, or use them in another product or service, without our permission;
• share Pro content with non-members or let other people use your account;
• try to get around access restrictions, security measures or usage limits;
• do anything that disrupts the site or puts an excessive load on it;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.

12. Suspension and termination

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account. If you break these Terms, we may suspend or close your account; unless the breach is serious, we will warn you first.

We may stop providing the Service altogether. If we do, we will refund any Pro period you have paid for but can no longer use through no fault of your own.

13. Limits on our liability

The content on the site is for information only, and any decision you make based on it is your own. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on the content (including any losses from betting or gambling), from errors in data supplied by third-party sources, or from interruptions to the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or affects the rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce important changes on the site before they take effect, and may also email members about them. For Pro members, changes that work against them apply from their next subscription period. The current version is always on this page; the date at the top shows when it was last updated.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the consumer courts above those limits.

For disputes with users who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of the service provider's place of residence have jurisdiction.
